Letters to Imam Mahdi (aj)
I wrote Arizas to Imam Mahdi (aj) every year since I was 12, except one year where I whispered two words into the wind, after my daughter was born, "Thank You." And every du'a I had when I was 12 was granted. I wanted to foster that same love & connection felt when writing letters for the Imam in others, so I created two books entitled, “Letters to Imam Mahdi.”
One, a heartfelt poem that follows the journey of a young boy as he writes a letter to Imam Mahdi (aj), expressing his gratitude, hopes, and prayers. Through his innocent yet profound words, the boy reflects on the beauty of creation, the strength of the Imam's ancestors, and the trials of awaiting the Imam’s arrival. He shares his personal struggles, and offers prayers for oppressed people around the world.
And the other, "Letters to Imam Mahdi (AJ): A Guided Writing Journal to the Imam of Our Time." The journal provides a dedicated space for writing letters to the most influential man of the millenia, and includes hadith and hadith-inspired prompts. It can be used to strengthen your connection to the Imam, or gifted to someone in remembrance of the 15th of Shabaan.
